The location was acceptable with convenient access to public transportation.

The room was not clean. I found dust in corners. It seemed some areas hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bed was also uncomfortable as the slats did not stay in place properly (the mattress sagged).

i found alexander platz NEAR. The studio apartment senior WAS clean and offered sufficient space. I could use the kitchen facilities if needed. The door entrance and the apartment entrance used the same code, it made access quite simple.

i noticed a SLIGHT issue with the water pressure in the shower, it was not optimal.

My room included A comfortable bed. I appreciated the cleanliness of the provided towels and sheets. The room also offered sufficient space for luggage and personal items as i stayed here.

I was pleased with the prompt customer service I received when one of my forms didn't get sent correctly. I got confirmation and access code on arrival day. I appreciate that the code activated precisely at the 3 PM check-in time. There was a small office area with staff available on the ground floor (very helpful, between 9 AM and 5 PM).

I found that some air-conditioning would be great because it was quite warm in the room. Sleeping with open windows was not ideal due to the tram line noise below (it was quite disruptive).
